Cookies are small data files transferred to your computer’s hard-drive by a website. They keep a record of your preferences making your subsequent visits to the site more efficient. Cookies may store a variety of information, including, the number of times that you access a site, your registration information and the number of times that you view a particular page or other item on the site. The use of cookies is a common practice adopted by most major sites to better serve their clients.

Most browsers are designed to accept cookies, but they can be easily modified to block cookies; see your browser’s help files for details on how to block cookies, how to know when you have received cookies and how to disable cookies completely.

You should note, however, that without cookies, some of the Website’s functions will not be available, and the user will lose some of the benefits of the Website.

Third-Party Tracking Pixels (Meta Pixel)

Our Website uses the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel is a small piece of JavaScript code that allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by understanding the actions people take on our Website.

What the Meta Pixel collects

When you visit our Website, the Meta Pixel may collect the following information and send it to Meta:

  • HTTP headers — including IP address, browser type, page location, document, referrer, and the person using the Website.
  • Pixel-specific data — including Pixel ID and cookie data.
  • Button clicks — including any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons, and any pages visited as a result.
  • Standard events — such as page views, sign-up completions, and other interactions you perform on our Website.

How we use this data

We use the data collected through the Meta Pixel for the following purposes:

  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • To show targeted advertisements to people who have previously visited our Website (remarketing/retargeting).
  • To create Custom Audiences of Website visitors for more relevant ad targeting.
  • To find new potential customers through Lookalike Audiences based on existing visitor behaviour.

Data sharing with Meta

Data collected by the Meta Pixel is transmitted to and processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under Meta's own Data Policy. Dialb does not control how Meta uses this data once it is received. We encourage you to review Meta's Data Policy at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ for more information on how Meta handles the data it collects.

Your opt-out options

You can control how Meta uses your data for advertising purposes through the following options:

  • Facebook Ad Settings — visit https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences to manage your ad preferences directly within Meta's platforms.
  • Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out — visit https://optout.aboutads.info/ to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.
  • Browser-level controls — blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings will prevent the Meta Pixel from functioning.
  • Cookie consent — declining analytics or advertising cookies via our cookie consent banner will disable the Meta Pixel for your session.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information collected via our Website with the following entities:

  • Our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • Service providers who provide services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.
  • Third parties when required by law or to protect our Website.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer personal information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. When we transfer your personal information to other countries, we will protect that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Protection of Personal Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted considering the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law.

Third Party Websites

Our Website may contain links to third party websites. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our Website and go to another site, and another entity may collect personal information or anonymous data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. Please be aware that the terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to these outside websites or content, or to any collection of data after you click on links to such outside websites.

Third-Party Integrations (e.g. Zapier)

Dialb supports connections to third-party automation platforms such as Zapier via OAuth 2.0. When you authorize such a connection, the integration is granted access to your Dialb account on your behalf. This section explains exactly what data is accessible, how it is used, and how you can revoke access.

What data the integration can access

Through the Zapier integration, the connected app can access the following data associated with your Dialb account:

  • Your account name and email address (used to identify the connected account).
  • Lead (contact) records captured through your digital cards, including: full name, email address, phone number, job title, note, status, and the date the lead was created.
  • Webhook subscription metadata (the URL that Zapier registers to receive real-time lead notifications).

How this data is used

Data accessed via third-party integrations is used solely to power the automation workflows you configure (for example, sending a new lead to your CRM or spreadsheet). Dialb does not sell, rent, or share this data with any party other than the integration you explicitly authorized. The third-party platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle the data once received.

Data security

All data exchanged between Dialb and third-party integrations is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS. OAuth access tokens are stored by the third-party platform and are never logged or stored by Dialb beyond their initial issuance.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect a third-party integration at any time by removing the connected account from within that platform (e.g., the Zapier "Connected Accounts" settings). Disconnecting revokes all webhook subscriptions and prevents any further access to your Dialb data. You may also contact us at [email protected] to revoke all third-party tokens associated with your account.

Data deletion

If you delete your Dialb account, all lead data and webhook subscriptions are permanently removed from our systems. Data already delivered to a third-party platform before account deletion is subject to that platform's retention and deletion policies.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
